Si es necesario, a\u00f1adimos una o dos semanas para la construcci\u00f3n de la tuber\u00eda que va del alcantarillado a la sala de calderas. El tiempo requerido difiere para cada proyecto y se indica con recisi\u00f3n por adelantado. Solo las lluvias intensas que llenan el alcantarillado con cantidades inusualmente grandes de agua pueden provocar retrasos en la instalaci\u00f3n de los m\u00f3dulos del intercambiador de calor. Actualmente, los plazos de construcci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema son de al menos 6-9 meses debido a la carga de trabajo.
