This building on Balijeweg serves as a model for modern and sustainable living: as part of a larger sustainability strategy for the Limmel district, this building with its 23 modern and spacious flats, is heated by wastewater heat (Dutch \u00abRiothermie\u00bb). A nearby sewer supplies approximately 70 kW of heat energy as a source for the heat pumps, which thus require less electricity from the grid &#8211; significantly reducing the load on the local electricity network.<\/p><p><br \/>We implemented the project together with VD Kreeke, who were responsible for the connection to the sewer system and the technical installation of the heat recovery system.
