Wastewater heat exploitation is slowly becoming better known. In most cases, large, accessible gravity sewers are used to generate energy from wastewater, in which we then install heat exchanger systems. In the north of Germany, however, there are numerous wastewater pressure systems in which wastewater is pumped from A to B. Wastewater normally flows down a natural slope, but in particularly flat regions wastewater has to be pumped.
The current order from Schleswig comes from the municipal utilities. With our Therm-Liner C, we are replacing a section of Schleswig’s wastewater pressure pipe and providing a total of 350 kWth. Thank you for your trust. We look forward to the implementation.
