Le collecteur d&rsquo;eaux us\u00e9es DN1200, qui achemine de grandes quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;eaux us\u00e9es en provenance d&rsquo;Eschborn, passe juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du terrain de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9changeur thermique Therm-Liner de type A exploite ce potentiel : sur une longueur de 123 m\u00e8tres, nous atteignons une puissance thermique de 315 kW gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 86 modules, assurant ainsi l&rsquo;approvisionnement durable en chaleur de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Une installation photovolta\u00efque, une citerne d&rsquo;eau de pluie ainsi que la v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation de la toiture et de la fa\u00e7ade viennent compl\u00e9ter ce concept \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique innovant.<br \/>L&rsquo;utilisation de la chaleur des eaux us\u00e9es pour un b\u00e2timent scolaire est une premi\u00e8re \u00e0 Francfort-sur-le-Main.
