Following the “Badwiesen 2030” project and the “Unterer Mühlbach” industrial estate, our third installation for Kirchheim unter Teck has just been completed: with a system length of over 76 m, our Therm-Liner modules supply approx. 152 kW of heat to the heat pump for an existing residential complex comprising 6 blocks of flats and a total of 48 residential units on Plochinger Str.
Heat is supplied centrally via underfloor heating, and there is also a central hot-water system; both were previously powered by natural gas (built in 2001). The recent switch to a heat pump using waste water heat as its source delivers CO₂ savings of 50 tonnes per year.
